Privacy controls
Cookie Policy
Effective date: 19 October 2026
This policy explains how PASS Football uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies when you use the web service. The native PASS Football apps may use device storage rather than browser cookies for comparable app functions.
Essential storage
PASS Football uses essential technologies to keep the service secure, maintain a signed-in session, remember selected preferences and support normal navigation. Without them, core parts of the service may not work.
Preferences and local storage
We may store choices such as display preferences, onboarding progress and temporary app state on your device or in your browser. This helps the service work consistently between visits and supports offline-friendly app behaviour where available.
Service providers
Authentication, infrastructure and payment providers may use essential technologies needed to deliver their parts of the service. Their use of those technologies is governed by their own documentation and policies.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you choose Accept analytics, we load Google Analytics to measure website visits, traffic sources and page usage. Google receives safe page categories, referral domains, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not send account names, email addresses, messages, player records, private record identifiers, sign-in tokens or URL query strings. Advertising features and personalised advertising are disabled. This website analytics setup is not loaded in our native iOS or Android apps.
Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_WYX46FMHTP. We configure them for up to 180 days; their expiry can refresh on consented visits. Your accept or reject choice is saved in local storage as pass_ga4_consent_v1 for up to 180 days. This preference does not itself send analytics data.
After acceptance, we may also send approved Facebook or Instagram source labels and fixed PASS Football campaign labels. We discard unrecognised campaign text and never send click identifiers or raw query strings.
Google processes analytics data under its Privacy Policy. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
Your controls
Use the Cookie settings button on the website to accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics. Rejection leaves essential app functions available. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page; previously collected data is not automatically erased by withdrawal.
You can control cookies and browser storage through browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other parts of PASS Football from working. For broader information about personal data, read our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. Questions can be sent to info@passhq.co.uk.
